$299, one-time. One flat price for the test and the one-page result. If the restore fails, we give you a fixed price for the fix on the spot. Go ahead within 30 days and the test fee comes off it.

How it works

2. We restore them. We bring both back and time it. Houston can be on-site or remote; Austin is remote.
3. You get the page. What worked, what didn’t, and what it would take to fix. One session.

About the scope

This is a test of the backup you already have. If you have no backup, or it fails, we price the setup before any work starts, and the test fee comes off it if you go ahead within 30 days. Austin clients: if the backup is a drive in your office, someone there will need to plug it in while we watch over screen-share.
