Ex-Employee Still Has Access? $499 Fix | Repair Forge IT

Someone left? We list every account they could reach, shut off access, change shared passwords and turn on two-factor. $499 for up to 15 people.

Someone left and you don’t know what they can still get into. We find every account, shut off what shouldn’t be there, and lock the rest.

Price

$499, one-time. One flat price for a business of up to 15 people. Larger teams are quoted on the call.

What's included

• A list of every account and access across your systems
• Bank, payroll and payment portals on that list, with the steps for you to remove access yourself
• Access removed for anyone who has left
• Shared passwords changed
• Two-factor turned on for the accounts that stay
• A written offboarding checklist for next time

How it works

1. Tell us who left. And which systems you use: email, file storage, the apps your team logs into.
2. We lock it down. We list every account, remove what shouldn’t be there and change what was shared. One session.
3. You keep the checklist. The list we built, plus the steps to follow the next time someone leaves.

About the scope

This closes the doors one departure left open. Bank, payroll and payment portals stay in your hands: we list them and walk you through removing access over screen-share, but we never log in to your bank. If you think someone is already inside your systems, call us instead: that’s incident work. For a wider look at your setup, see the Small Office Security Setup or IT consulting.

Someone starting instead? New-hire computer setup ($195 per device)
