Flat-Price IT Fixes for Small Business | Repair Forge IT
Flat-price IT fixes for small businesses, from $195, no contract: 10 fixed-scope jobs, each with a published price and a written scope.
Email Deliverability Fix: $299. Business email going to spam? Quotes and invoices that land in spam, fixed at the source. We set up the records that prove your mail is yours for every service that sends as you, up to three, and re-test until it reaches the inbox.
Backup Reality Check: $299. Find out whether your backup works before you need it. Not an assessment: we actually restore a file and an email from it, time it, and write down what happened.
Keys Back: Domain & Account Custody: $399. Your domain, DNS, website hosting and email admin, moved into accounts you own, with one page that says where every key is.
Ex-Employee Access Lockdown: $299. Someone left and you don’t know what they can still get into. We find every account across every system, not just email, including shared passwords and logins nobody wrote down, shut off what shouldn’t be there, and lock the rest.
Small Office Security Setup: from $950. The security basics a small office needs, set up at a published price with no monthly contract.
Backup Internet for Card Machines: $349. When the internet drops, your card machines and phones keep working. We set up cellular, 5G or Starlink backup internet that takes over by itself, then test it with your card machines by pulling the plug.
New-Hire Computer Setup: $195 per device. A business setup, not a tune-up: a new hire’s computer updated, encrypted and signed in to your email and apps, with the warranty in your business’s name and a one-page first-day sheet.
Lead Capture Page with AI Replies: $695 + $295/mo. A one-page site built to turn visitors into leads, with an AI agent that answers their questions on the page and emails every new lead back right away. Hosted and kept running for you.
Basic Business Website: $295 + $79/mo. A clean, mobile-friendly website for your business, built from one of our templates and kept running for a low monthly price.
Workflow Audit: $295. Not sure what in your business is worth automating? We review the repetitive work your team does by hand and give you a written report of what to automate and what it would take.
