Which password manager do you use?

Whichever fits your team and budget. We are vendor-neutral, take no referral fee, and the account is in your business’s name.

Is the browser’s built-in password saver enough?

For one person, sometimes. For a team it falls short: logins are tied to one person’s browser, hard to share safely, and hard to take back when someone leaves.

Password Manager for Small Business Teams

Passwords in a spreadsheet, a notebook or a group text? The risks for a small office, and how Repair Forge sets up a password manager your business owns.

In a spreadsheet, a notebook, a group text, or one person’s head. Every small office has a system, and most stop working the day someone leaves.

Signs it is a problem

The same password is used for several accounts.
Passwords live in a spreadsheet, a notes app or a text thread.
Only one person knows the logins for the domain, the bank or the website.
When someone leaves, nobody is sure which passwords to change.

Why it matters

One reused password that leaks from some other website can open your email. And when the one person who knows the logins is away or gone, the business is locked out of its own accounts.

What we do

We set up a password manager for the team, move the shared logins into it, turn on two-factor, and make sure the business, not one person, holds the master access. It is part of the Small Office Security Setup, at a published price.
