How Repair Forge IT handles the limited information it collects through this site and its forms, how long it is kept (two years), and your choices.
What information Repair Forge IT collects on repairforge.info, on our ad landing pages and on our demo sites, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Three kinds of page: the main site (repairforge.info), our landing pages for ads and links (each on its own address, with a short form), and our demo sites (demos.repairforge.info and the sample sites we build for businesses). The demo businesses are examples, not real shops.
Only what you send us and basic technical data your browser sends. On every page that is a form, that means your name, email, phone and message, and a few form-specific choices (for example the services or budget you pick). We use it to answer you and do the work you ask for. We do not sell it.
Main site: enquiries and chat messages stored by this website are deleted automatically after two years, or sooner on request at support@repairforge.info. While you use the guided chat, your browser tab keeps your answers so far (not your contact details) so a reload doesn’t lose them. They are cleared when you send the chat, start over or close the tab, and are not reused after 30 minutes.
Free email and website checks: we keep a record of each check (the domain checked, the result and a scrambled form of your IP address, never the address itself).
Landing pages: the form sends your details to our server, which emails them to us through an email delivery provider. The landing pages set no cookies and load no third-party scripts, and their fonts are served from the same address. Landing page enquiries are kept for two years, or sooner on request at support@repairforge.info. The email delivery provider keeps its own delivery records under its own rules.
Demo sites: the demo order form is saved on our server in an encrypted database and emailed to us. Demo enquiries are deleted automatically after two years, or sooner on request at support@repairforge.info. Treat it as a real message to us: please do not put real orders, payment details or anything sensitive in a demo form.
Web server logs: on all three, our web servers keep routine access logs (your IP address, the page requested and the time) for 14 days, then delete them.
Children: our site and services are for businesses and are not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email support@repairforge.info and we will delete it.
When you send a form, we keep with it where your visit came from, so we know which page or ad worked: the page you landed on (not the full address), the name of the website that linked to us, any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source and utm_campaign), and the Google Ads click ID if you came from one of our ads. This is held in your browser tab only until you close it, is not used to follow you between visits or sites, and is not collected at all if your browser sends Global Privacy Control. It travels only with the form you send.
When we are set up for it, forms sent from the main site, landing pages and demos are also passed to our internal customer system so we can compare which campaigns brought enquiries. That system is ours; the data is not shared with anyone else, and only a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address is included, never the address itself.
Main site only: an optional Google Calendar embed, cookieless analytics (from our website host and security network), error reporting (an error-reporting service) and the Google Ads tag, which uses a cookie to measure whether an ad visit led to an enquiry. Analytics and the Google Ads tag load only after you click Accept on the notice shown on your first visit; until then, and if you decline, neither loads and no visit counts are recorded. Use "Privacy choices" at the bottom of any page to change your answer. The Calendar embed loads only when you ask for it. All of these are skipped if your browser sends Global Privacy Control, which we honor. Invoice payments are handled by Stripe. Our forms and the first chat message use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated scripts, and it loads only once you start filling one in. The guided chat sends your first message, without your contact details, to an AI provider that answers it.
All three: lead emails are sent through an email delivery provider. Neither the landing pages nor the demo sites use the main site’s analytics, the Google Ads tag or any advertising cookie.
Our internal tool uses the Google Ads API only on our own Google Ads accounts, to report on and manage our own advertising, with help from an AI assistant. That data is not sold, shared or used to train AI. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
