Server room and rack setup, network cabling, colocation moves and VMware to Proxmox or Hyper-V migrations. On-site in Houston, elsewhere by arrangement.
Most small and mid-size offices don’t need a data center. They need a server room or network closet that is racked, cabled, labeled, powered and cooled properly, so the next person to open the door can tell what everything is. We rack and stack servers and switches, manage and label the cabling, and plan the room around the power and cooling it actually has, including UPS and PDU sizing. We pull new in-wall network cabling ourselves too, so a new office or an extra run doesn’t wait on a second contractor. For bigger jobs, we move servers into or out of a colocation facility and build hypervisor clusters. If VMware’s licensing changes have you looking at VMware alternatives, we plan and run the move to Proxmox or Hyper-V one workload at a time, with a rollback plan for each step. Everything is vendor-neutral and yours: admin accounts in your company’s name, licenses billed to you directly, warranties and support contracts registered to you, and a password vault and written documentation handed over at the end of every project.
If a wall-mounted rack and a small switch will do, we'll say so before anyone quotes you a server room. Every job here is quoted from a written scope, with any travel outside Houston built into the quote.
