New Computer Setup for Business, $195 | Repair Forge IT

New computer setup for business: a new hire’s computer updated, encrypted and signed in for day one. $195 per device. Houston on-site, remote across Texas.

A new hire’s computer, ready on day one: updated, encrypted, signed in to your email and apps, with a one-page first-day sheet.

Price

$195 per device, one-time. $195 per computer, for one user. Moving files and settings from an old computer is $100 more. You buy the computer direct from our spec list, so the warranty is registered to your business and there is no markup. Five or more computers at once are quoted as a project.

What's included

• A spec list to buy from, warranty in your business’s name
• Updates installed and disk encryption turned on
• Signed in to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
• Password manager and your standard apps installed
• Printer and scanner connected
• A one-page “your first day” sheet for the new hire

How it works

1. Tell us who’s starting. Their start date, and the email, apps and printer they’ll need. We send the spec list for the computer to buy.
2. We set it up. In Houston, on-site or remote. Elsewhere in Texas it’s remote: someone in your office unboxes it and plugs it in, and we take it from there.
3. Ready on day one. The new hire signs in to a working computer, with the first-day sheet beside it.

About the scope

This is one computer for one person, set up with the apps your team already uses. Five or more at once, or a new way of managing every device, is quoted as a project.
