Small Business Cybersecurity Setup | Repair Forge IT

Two-factor, a password manager, updates on, admin rights trimmed and backups checked for offices up to 15. From $950, no contract. Houston and Austin.

The security basics a small office needs, set up at a published price with no monthly contract.

Price

from $950, one-time. $950 for up to 5 people, plus $60 for each extra person, up to 15. You get the price and a written scope before work starts, listing what’s included and what isn’t. Larger offices are quoted on the call. No contract.

What's included

• Two-factor on email and key accounts
• A password manager set up for the team
• Admin rights removed from everyday logins, and updates turned on
• A backup check and an offboarding checklist
• Plain-English notes on everything we set up, yours to keep

How it works

1. Scope it. A call about how many people and computers, and what you use. You get a written scope and price.
2. We set it up. Houston on-site or remote; Austin remote. Each machine and account is done and checked.
3. You keep the notes. What we set up, where it lives, and how to keep it that way.

About the scope

This is a one-time setup for a small office. If you want someone keeping it running afterwards, ask about a monthly retainer.

For larger teams, servers or networks, see our small business network and backup setup.
